Operator and contact

Walltally is developed and operated by Arthur Ferreira Macias, an independent developer. Send privacy, access or deletion requests to arthurferreiramacias@gmail.com.

Store and staff

The application reads the catalog and saves variant settings in Shopify. Store domain and identifier distinguish installations and allow plan verification. Calculator access is recorded on Walltally’s own installation.

Sessions keep the staff identifier and necessary permissions. Tokens are encrypted on the server. Session storage excludes the name and email returned by Shopify. Access to orders or customer records is not requested.

Shopper measurements

Measurements are used in the browser. On adding an item to the cart, measurements and a summary are sent to Shopify as line item properties and may appear in the order.

No AI model performs the calculation or receives measurements. The calculator does not use advertising cookies. Merchant authentication relies on Shopify’s mechanisms.

Retention and deletion

Active sessions are deleted on uninstall and following a Shopify shop deletion request. Variant settings belong to the merchant and may remain in Shopify; Walltally does not delete the catalog.

Shopify provides the catalog, cart and billing. The operator administers the application server and uses support requests to answer them. The actual log and backup retention policy must be defined before launch; no production retention period is announced yet.
